You will love this high end renovation with brand new heated saltwater pool. Home is spacious and everything brand new.
Only three minute drive to beautiful beaches-1.5 miles. Located in a upscale neighborhood on a half acre lot. So much to do within a 2 mile distance. Boat rental, kayak rental, paddleboard rental, JetSki rentals, shopping, numerous restaurants, Pickleball courts, tennis courts, 186 acre park down the street Playground. One of the most coveted neighborhoods in Pinellas County.

Mother's Day Getaway

Property was perfect. Located close to beach and restaurants. The pool was great with a covered patio.We will book again! A great time was had!!!

Great Stay

We were in town for a gymnastics competition and this house was the perfect size! It's in a quiet area and close to everything. Communication with Joe was easy and he was very responsive! The house is cute and has everything you need. We would absolutely stay there again!

Very accommodating for our family of 5 grandma. Everyone had their own bed and pool out back was perfect too. Very clean and owner Jon is available for any questions. Would definitely stay there again or recommend anyone stay. Beach is a short drive too.
