Fantastic location, nice place but unfinished
The condo is in a fantastic location with great access to the French quarter. The condo itself is pretty nice at the surface (you can tell everything is brand new), but it needs some work.The main issue is that none of the ceiling-height windows in the bedrooms have curtains or shades, so prepare to wake up with the sun.Similarly odd was the complete lack of any place to hang anything: none of the 5 bathrooms had hooks for body or hand towels (no hand towels anyway), so we used paper towels when washing hands, and dealt with body towels that were musty by the end of our trip. There is also no washer or dryer as the listing says which added to our wet towel problems, particularly in a muggy place like NOLA.Also strange was that this place only had plates and silverware for 4 which is weird for a place that claims to sleep 12 (it doesn't sleep 12). Lastly, there were no sheets for the pull-out sofa bed (which was also still vacuum wrapped), which was frustrating to realize at bed time.Overall, the condo was sufficiently nice and reasonably priced, so if you need a place for 4 couples near the FQ, it's hard to find something better at this price, even if quite a few corners were cut getting this place on the rental market.
