Great stay! A little warm on the 2nd floor overnight but manageable. Perhaps consider window air conditioner for at least upstairs.

Frogmore 17 was a beautiful property. We thoroughly enjoyed it and its hot tub and bicycles. The decor was really interesting. Loved the frogs and the 3 seasons room. Our only disappointment was the lack of the firepit outside that was advertised. We really appreciated the large amount of towels provided.

Joan, the hot tub, bicycles, and three seasons room are exactly the kind of details that turn a stay into something memorable, so it is great to hear all three landed well. The firepit note is appreciated and taken seriously. Anyone who enjoys a relaxed, character-filled escape will feel right at home here.

This property was exactly what we needed! We loved the hot tub and sitting on the porch every morning with coffee overlooking the woods! The host was always available, the guidebook of nearby things to do and house policies was very helpful and easy to share with my guests! The only tricky part is the driveway. I found it difficult to park 2 vehicles in a way where either one could exit at any time!

Unit was extremely clean. Unit was very modern. Excellent neighborhood great outdoor atmosphere. The house does not have air conditioning even if the unit is a decent temp you don't git rid of the humidity The house needs a window unit or mini split. I don't think I would stay here in the summer months

While AC isn’t an advertised amenity for this home, we understand that summer comfort can be an important part of choosing a place to stay. We’ll be sure to share your feedback with our team. Host was very responsive but there was no fire pit as listed in the title despite a fire pit being confirmed via messages and through the AI assistant. The floors were really dirty. Maybe they'll waive the cleaning fee. The location is nice and the house is spacious. There's no AC.
