Our stay was wonderful. The house was exactly as described and was very comfortable and homey. Our family of 6 had so much room and enjoyed walking to breakfast and dinner everyday. Olde town Arvada has so much to offer. Location was perfect for day trips to Golden and a concert at Red Rocks!

Nice place and the host was very responsive! Perfect for our group of 8! Across the street from Old Town Arvada with restaurants in walking distance. Nice backyard area even though we didn’t really get a chance to take advantage of it. Short drive to Golden and Red Rocks where we watched a concert! Would definitely stay again!

Arvada is a great home base for exploring Red Rocks, Denver, Rocky Mountain National Park, Boulder, and more. This is so close to the main street of Arvada, a charming little pedestrian area with cute shops and restaurants. The host was extremely responsive and kind, and the bottle of wine was a nice tough. The upper rooms were perfectly cold even in July.

Great location for our trip. We were halfway between downtown Denver where we met friends and Red Rocks for a concert. Also, many great food and drink choices in walking distance of the house. Well maintained and a great patio in the backyard to enjoy being outside. No issues with the house and the hosts responded to my questions quickly. Would definitely stay there again!

We truly enjoyed this property! The house was spotless and the welcome gift was enjoyed by all. The house is within walking distance (literally across the street) to Olde Town Arvada with so many restaurants, bars, and shopping. We enjoyed reading about the history of the house. Our daily travels took us to Fort Collins, Estes Park, Coors Field and Littleton so the Arvada location was a perfect middle point. The backyard is large so the outdoor space was perfect for playing card games and hanging out. Thanks for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home and we would not hesitate to rent this place again.

The house was beautiful and well maintained and somehow larger on the inside than it seems to be from the outside. It was a great place for 3 generations to be able to hang out. We loved that restaurants & ice cream were in walking distance. We were in town for a graduation in Golden, so I'm not sure if we will be in Arvada again anytime soon. However, if we find ourselves in the area, we will definitely stay here again!
