Bad first impression!

When we first got there the room hadn’t been cleaned in several months, the air conditioner downstairs was broke, the dryer didn’t dry the clothes. Come to find out the air ducts haven’t been cleaned in several months upstairs or down stairs so the next day they had the air conditioning people come in and the cleaning people come in to clean the home. it was a very bad first impression for the first time staying at this location. The inside pool also was closed while we were there.
