The private 11-acre manicured gardens of Forest Hills are for the exclusive us of the Forest Hills community and include a substantial communal pool deck with covered areas for those who like the shade and loungers and chairs for your relaxation. There are two swimming pools, one large where you can enjoy a refreshing swim or more demanding exercise or just relax in the crystal-clear waters and a second kids pool where little ones can splash and play in the shallow waters.


To make your stay even more relaxing, our wonderful housekeeper Marcille is on hand to keep the villa pristine and take care of laundry during your visit—so all you need to do is unwind and soak in the beauty of Barbados.


As guests in Paradise Villa, you have free access to the on-site facilities including, tennis, padel tennis, pickle ball, dining, air-conditioned gymnasium at the Sanctuary pool deck, and exclusive beach facilities at the Royal Westmoreland Beach Club at Mullins Bay. Plus, all guests at Paradise Villa benefit from discounted members guests access to the world-class Robert Trent-Jones Jr. designed championship golf course.

Important Notice

From 1st May, 2026, please expect a weekly charge for house guest membership cards. Charges are applicable based on bedrooms booked and not occupancy. If guests do not wish to use RWM amenities, they do not register. These charges are a per week charge and any part thereof and cover all guests residing in the villa. Charges are not made on a pro-rata daily basis per registered guest.
