Beautiful location with a spectacular view. The place has plenty of space both outside and inside. Everything we needed to enjoy our vacation was provided in this property.

The property location is beautiful! You are on the water of the sound. There is one house to the right and a vacant property to the left. Note, there is public beach access a few houses down, so there will be other people walking and hanging out on the beach. Aside from that, great view and very peaceful. Really close to Hunting Beach, several great retaurants, & a lot of history. We reallly enjoyed our stay here and had an amazing time!

great view , i would replace the double hung window in the main room with a picture window, the blinds in the mast bedroom door need to be fixed they don't go all the way up.But it is definitely a cool place, very well kept for an older house

Wonder private beach, great fishing spot, and enough room for all. Check in was easy. Property Management was on top of everything, easy to communicate with, and answered in a timely manner. There was a notebook that explained everything needed to know, and even gave some history on the place. Small issue with wasp at the stairs leading to beach. We got stung couple of time, but still we had a wonderful time. Would definitely stay again.

The property on the outside was very rundown. Most screens were torn and the rails on the upper deck showed signs of rotting. I feel they were very unsafe. Also there was signs of rotting at the top of the stairs to the entrance of the house. The gazebo was unusable due to ripped screens and a lot! Of fishing hooks and other tackle on the floor. The kitchen was barely adequate, the kitchen faucet was broke and had sharp pieces on it. Find utensils was a chore. Again for the price of the rental I would have expected better. For example, I rented the home for 7 days…. They supplied 2 dishwasher tabs and 1 garbage bag. My opinion there should have been enough for the “stay”
