Free WIFI. This home boasts a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a comfortable living room with couch, loveseat and recliner. Access to the Cape Royale community amenities (marina & store with boat ramps, pool ($90 fee for use), tennis, pickle ball & basketball court as well as sand volleyball). Spend your days on Lake Livingston with your loved ones when you bring your boat along. Kayaks and Canoe available for your use. Perfect Getaway

We absolutely LOVED this property! The lake was just steps away. We enjoyed swimming, fishing, playing sand volleyball, walking the nature trail, and watching the sunset by the campfire. The house was incredibly clean and well stocked for all our needs. The host responded to any questions very quickly and was wonderful to work with. I look forward to coming back and would highly recommend this place.

This was a cozy place with a beautiful backyard to sit and relax. The upstairs walkout deck is a great place to have dinner. The trees provide great shade against the Summer Sun. Just a short walk through the backyard to the park next door and a nice little Beach area for the children to play and view the sunset. The trees also provided plenty of choices for hanging a hammock. Just a short drive to the boat ramp which is calm and well protected.

Our stay at the lake house was outstanding. The quiet neighborhood and lake access were notable highlights. The provision of kayaks was a welcome bonus. A quick trip to the nearby Brookshire Brothers store catered to our every need. The scenery was stunning, with an array of wildlife on display. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked with all the necessary amenities. In hindsight, I wish I had utilized the Blackstone grill for pancakes. Creating s'mores with the children over a roaring fire was an unforgettable experience. Thank you for offering a serene and peaceful escape from the urban jungle.
