This cozy vintage home located in the Friendly neighborhood has refurbished hard wood floors, 2 temperpedic Queen beds and high speed fiber optic wifi and AC. With its coved ceilings and built in cupboards, it has the charm of the past combined with the comfort and convenience you can expect. There is also a private carport for parking and room for two cars off the street.
An easy one block walk to The Friendly Health Food Store/cafe & multiple food carts, it is also .6 miles from the Woodfield Station Shopping Centre, a mile from country roads, 2 miles to downtown and 2.3 to the U of O; we are close to everything in Eugene!
