The townhouse was very spacious and there was so many shops near by . The neighborhood is very beautiful. I loved going for walks and enjoyed the views. It’s a family friendly location. The host was quick to respond back to me with any questions that I may have had . I would definitely stay there again.

Great location. Walking distance to great restaurants and activities. The location was also very safe. The host responded quickly to any questions. My son was staying there while on an internship.

After alot of thought I decided to write this, because i booked this COZY community based on the reviews and pics, COZY i have learned means dirty and unkept. From the moment I walked in i had problems, the place was filthy, it had mold on the shower curtains and inside shower liners, black mold (mold that had been there for a long time) it was infested with gnats and large black flies, I text the host which got right back to me, and blood on bottom sheet of the bed (dried from the past) I told him to please check his cleaning company, as they did not seem to do a good job, he informed me he manages the place from CA. He had them buy some new sheets and sent someone over to change them, i bought vevo lights and raid fly spray for the others, he reimbursed me, but that takes time to kill an infestation. I ended up going out of town for a week and renting another VRBO near my horse, just because the place creeped me out with the dirt and the bugs, they were flying all over me, i was swatting them while eating and the black fly went into my straw in my drink which i realized when i sipped it into my mouth. Come on now. I was supposed to be in Chattanooga for a month (the longest trip i get to take due to having a sick mom in AZ where I live) the whole place (and i told him) needs to be stripped and sterelized and all new furniture (yes the furniture is like bad thrift store stuff). The only good thing about the property is the location.
