Knotty Bear is a brand-new 2025 tiny cabin designed to offer the perfect mix of comfort, charm, and convenience. Whether you're planning a romantic getaway, a family adventure, or a friends’ retreat, this cozy cabin welcomes up to six guests, offering a unique split loft design with both an open loft and a private, walled-in loft for added privacy.

This pet-friendly cabin is surrounded by the beauty of native trees, providing a peaceful escape while still being close to all the attractions Broken Bow has to offer. See the end of this description for optional add-ons like early check-in/late check-out, firewood delivery, and pet fees.

Step inside to find a bright and inviting living area, where efficient design meets rustic warmth. The space is anchored by an electric fireplace, perfect for cozy evenings, while plush seating invites you to relax and unwind. Stay entertained with high-speed Wi-Fi and a Smart TV, making it easy to stream your favorite shows or have a laid-back movie night.

Adjacent to the living area, the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals. Complete with a full-size refrigerator with an ice maker, an oven/stove, a microwave, and all the cookware and dining essentials, cooking here is effortless. Enjoy your meals at the convenient dining island, which usually serves as the hub of the kitchen hang out!

On the main level, you'll find the private bedroom with a comfortable queen bed, separate heating and AC controls, and a cozy retreat-like feel.

Upstairs, the split loft design creates a unique sleeping arrangement for guests. One loft is an open-concept space with a queen-sized bed, while the other is a private, walled-in loft featuring another queen-sized bed and a smart TV. This setup offers a mix of privacy and openness, ideal for families or small groups traveling together.

GUEST NOTES and ADDED SERVICES: 
P E T S : *There is a flat fee of $50/night if you are bringing a pet(s). Please reach out to us if you have a special request. 
F I R E W O O D : You can opt for a starter pack of firewood to be delivered to your cabin for your stay. 6-8 pieces (depending on size) for $20. Fee is collected after the reservation confirmation has been sent. 
E A R L Y / L A T E: We may be able to offer early check-in or late check-out (2 additional hours) for $50 unless there is another reservation within 24 hours of your reservation. This must be requested and approved by your SkyRun host! We compensate our team additional funds for accommodating guest requests and coordinating their daily schedules and/or working after hours to help make this happen for our valued guests. Fee is collected after the reservation confirmation has been sent.
WIFI AVAILABILITY: Wi-Fi is provided as a complimentary convenience for our guest; however, it is not considered an essential part of the rental. Refunds will not be issued for Wi-Fi-related issues including connectivity, speed, local outages, or accessibility.
