Sip & Stay is a one-bedroom cabin in the heart of Hochatown, designed for couples who want to disconnect from the noise and actually recharge. The hot tub sits on a private deck with serene backyard views — bring a good bottle of wine and lose track of time. Outside, a large firepit area sets the perfect scene for cool evenings under the stars.

No pest noted beyond a few mosquito hawks (expected for location) and one singular roach we found…. Not comforting but only found the one so perhaps a straggler from outdoors? Otherwise no complaints the location was very convenient. Easy to get to.
