I didn’t get to stay in the room I reserved as the sofa had mold on it. Additionally, I would suggest that the host provide a number on the site where they can be contacted. However, the people at the resort was very accommodating and nice.

We love coming to Landmark Resort. No issues other than the place definitely should be updated but don't go for the room necessarily. But all furniture should be replaced, stove half worked, shower half worked out bottom and top as well as bathroom light flickering. Please spend some money on updating the room and would be even better.

I love the Landmark, been coming here with my family since i was a child! Now i bring my child here, because of the family atmosphere. Good place to stay, and ample room for me and my kids. The pull down bed had a slight oder of some kind that made it hard to sleep on, so i just slept on the couch. Host was easy to communicate with, and check in was easy. Not sure how cleaning goes during the stay, but we were good either way. Would definitely stay again.

Convenient Location

Overall good experience, property kind of run down. I noticed some mold and lots of sand eveywhere which I understand would be hard to prevent. Our tub wouldn't drain so we didn't even use the shower after the kids rinsed off.

Loved being so close to the beach but the facility was very outdated and dirty. Definitely not a 3 star resort. Indoor pool/hottub area smelled often like stinky garbage. The view was nice but it’s on the 14th floor so lots of walking. We had to go to the front desk to ask for fresh towels and toilet paper. No one cleaned the room during the duration of our stay.

Extremely disappointed

I received a message ONLY 4 hours prior to check in that the reservation was canceled due to plumbing issues. We were already on our way to the hotel, so last minute we had to find a new hotel and ended up staying somewhere awful for double the price. This being a hotel I would’ve assumed the offer of another room. We were really looking forward to this trip but ended up extremely disappointed because the hotel we booked months in advance canceled. Will not be booking again.

The ONLY thing I didn’t like was that the parking deck is across the street and you have to walk what feels like a mile to get from your car to your room. Take a stroller or buggy to help carry stuff!!! Loved the pools, the beachfront access, the room was super cozy, and the staff was very nice and accommodating! That walk killed me tho , I hated it overall we had a great time!!
