Perfect for long stay family visits. 1 parking spot available- no street parking.
My comfortable two story condo is available with all features for your stay! Its a huge Condo on the Energy Corridor. Just 5 minute drive to the City Centre, easy access to I-10 and westpark toll. Close to Katy Mills and Downtown Houston. It has two bedroom with King and queen size bed, with fully equipped private bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped. It has a single car garage. The community is guarded and it has three pools for your use and entertainment. It has a private patio to enjoy a great cup of coffee! Perfect for long stays, internships, or while looking for that place to live or rent.
I travel a lot and I keep my car parked on the garage. When in Houston, I make a short stop at the property, pick up my car, then park it back when I leave. The other spot on the garage is for guests to use.

We stayed there for 4-5 days in February 2017. The owner, Melba was a joy to work with as a renter. She was very responsive to our questions about the property before our trip, made some great recommendations about the area and made us feel very welcomed. Although we did not have any issues while staying there, it felt like she would have responded quickly and in a very positive way. I would highly recommend this property. Jim from Boston.

An experience to rival the best hotels and resorts
My children and I stayed at Melbas' beautiful, spacious,townhome for a week and a half while waiting on our new home to be completed. We found no inconvenience as she has everything fully stocked toiletries, kitchen utensils and great cookware. Besides it being a tranquil comfortable experience, Melba herself is a gem. She was so attentive and helpful our entire stay,any issue of concern she was prompt to resolve and always available. I felt very safe as there is 24 hour monitored security at the entrance. I appreciated the garage and the wonderful patio in front with a covered fence! I'll definitely be back,and looking forward to it!

I live here in Houston, work for the oil & gas industry. Bought this property because of the great location! Its close enough to the city but still has this feeling of living far away from excessive crowd. I enjoy hosting guest to my property and teach them about the great city of Houston and how much it has to offer.
Why they chose this property
I bought this property for the great LOCATION!!!! its 5 minutes drive to the City Centre (my favorite place to enjoy a glass of wine with friends!). It has easy access to main highways. Its in the desirable Energy Corridor area, were all major Oil & Gas companies have offices and business.
What makes this property unique
Its a man gated community, very safe, relax and quiet complex. It has 3 pools to enjoy the summer time. The property itself its huge inside, the bedrooms are very comfortable, PLENTY of drawers, cabinets for storage, and an attached two car garage! you cant beat that!
