Please bring all trash out to the shared dumpster located across from the garage. Please break down any boxes you may have prior to throwing away.

We were both born and raised in the area. We enjoy spending time with friends and family and meeting new people. We love being hosts because it gives us a chance to share a beautiful space with people from all over the country and give them a beautiful place to stay while they are away from their homes. We strive to make all of our guests feel like they are in a home away from home.
Why they chose this property
We chose to be out at Twin Lakes Village because it is a place that is near and dear to us. We have both had the pleasure of working at the golf course in the past and always knew that if we had the opportunity to purchase a condo out here, we would not pass that up, especially on the signature 15th Hole with an amazing view. The neighbors are wonderful and the area is just a beautiful place to live.
What makes this property unique
Aspen Villa is unique as it has no steps to worry about and is all located on one level. There is an amazing patio out back to be able to enjoy yourselves with an Amazing View.
