This gulf front condo features 1 bedroom with a cozy king bed and sits on the 13th floor allowing for stunning views down the coast line. Fully stocked and rental ready, Enjoy the 55 inch smart TV and free wifi on your down time. Units also has a washer and dryer, all the comforts of home for the best vacation experience!
Enjoy the lagoon pool with waterfalls and palm tree islands, two heated Polynesian pools, three whirlpool spas, poolside bar and grill, one of the largest stretches of beach with 1300 feet of powder white beach frontage, and 24 hour gated security. On site availability of beach chair & umbrella rentals, jet-ski, para-sailing, banana boat rides and more.
2024 ALL NEW ELEVATORS. Parking lot directly in front of condo, (you do not have to cross the street.) Wal-Mart, and many restaurants nearby as well as golf courses, amusement parks and water parks.
Unit does have some personal beach chairs and beach items that renters are welcome to use.
Parking passes are $20 a piece with no mark up added.

No college Spring Breakers. The policy of the condo HOA requires the registered guest booking and occupying the condo be 25 years of age or older. This policy is enforced, there are no exceptions. If you book this property with the intention of allowing friends or family under 25 years of age to occupy the property without your presence, your reservation will be cancelled, the occupants of the property will be evicted, and you will receive no refund. Community grounds have security cameras.
