TreeTop is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home for up to 6 guests in Coastal Dunes, a gated neighborhood in Blue Mountain Beach along 30A. The neighborhood has a shared community pool, beach access is less than half a mile away, and Shunk Gulley, The Perfect Pig and Papa Surf Burger are within walking distance.

The home has a private deck with seating, a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee maker, toaster, blender, microwave, stove, oven and a refrigerator with an ice maker, plus HD TV, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and ceiling fans. Linens are provided.

Downstairs, Bedrooms 1 and 2 each have a queen bed and share a bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Upstairs, Bedroom 3 has two twin beds and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The main entry is the rear door on the second level.

We love staying at TreeTop!

We love coming down to Santa Rosa Beach! We always have a great time. Accommodations were nice and the community pool is close to the house! Short walk to the beach. And loved that the toiletries and amenities provided were full size so you don't have to pack all of yours. We had a great stay!

Why they chose this property

TreeTop is in the Coastal Dunes neighborhood of Blue Mountain Beach, along the 30A corridor. The beach access is about half a mile from the house, and the neighborhood has a large shared community pool, secure community access and parking within the community.

The location makes it easy to leave the car parked. Shunk Gulley, The Perfect Pig and Papa Surf Burger are all within walking distance, and there are more dining and shopping options and scenic bike paths nearby along 30A.
