Welcome to Beach Breeze Cove at The Palace Resort located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, SC!! We are excited for you to come enjoy our NEWLY REMODELED 1BR/1BA condo. Featuring wonderful ocean views from the interior and private side balcony of the unit. You will enjoy the amazing on-site amenities, that include two Oceanfront Outdoor Pools, Indoor & Outdoor Whirlpools, Exercise Room, Sauna, Steam Room, Arcade or Practice your game at our on-site putting green, open to all guests! (seasonal).

The Space:
BED & BATH

The Master bedroom has a Queen Size bed, dresser, closet, night stand & a 30" flat screen TV mounted on the wall. Our full size bathroom is located just outside the bedroom door. Private balcony access with awesome ocean views.


LIVING AREA

The living room has a queen size sofa sleeper, chair, coffee table and two end tables with lamps. A Beautiful electric fireplace entertainment center with a 46" Smart TV mounted on the wall with cable access & FREE WIFI (open network). You can also access your private oceanfront balcony. The family room is open to the dining area and kitchen.


KITCHEN & DINING AREA

Our fully equipped kitchen is appointed with everything you need to create delicious meals. It makes it easy to enjoy being right on the beach without having to leave for dinner.

When it's time to dine, you can enjoy our dining table with seating to accommodate 4 guests. It is the perfect place to let the stress drift far away.

Maybe you want some of the great local food, well lucky for you, it is very close. You can be to some great restaurants in a very short time. (ex. Damon's, Whiskey Roots Bar & Grill, Spring Garden Family Restaurant, Scooby's Ice Cream Bar & Grill, E Noodles & Co., DiLisi's on the Beach, Loco Gecko Beach, Shack, Plantation House of Pancakes, Angus Steakhouse & Seafood, Noisy Oyster are just among some of the many restaurants near us.

Sip your morning coffee on your private balcony while enjoying that amazing sunrise, stunning sunsets or just listening to the crashing waves, complete with seating.


LINENS & COMPLIMENTARY TOILETRIES INCLUDED:

Linen for all the beds, towels, washcloths, a kitchen dish towel & dish rag set as well as 1 STARTER size set of shampoo, conditioner, soap & 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels and several trash bags.

If the house/condo happens to be in a resort, they try to use these off-season times to do yearly updates. We can't control this dates and times and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Guest Access:
Entire Condo and Resort

- Keypad Entry for convenient self check-in.

- All check-in instructions are automatically be sent out via our system software on the day of arrival approximately around 1:00pm. Please make sure your check-in form is filled out at the time of booking, as this is how the system knows to send out your check-in instructions.

The Neighborhood:
Beach Breeze Cove at the Palace Resort, is conveniently located along the oceanfront of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The location gives you and your family quick and easy access to all the fun and excitement Myrtle Beach and the Grand Strand have to offer, like water parks, amusement parks, delectable dining, endless shopping, mini golf, and of course, the competitive play of over 80 area golf courses.

Cancellations: Please see the cancellation policy for refund information. **NOTE: THERE ARE NO FULL REFUNDS UNLESS THERE IS A MANDATORY EVACUATION ISSUED BY ORDER OF THE GOVERNOR OF THE STATE OF SOUTH CAROLINA.**

We highly recommend guest(s) to purchase travel insurance for all of those unexpected things that can come up.

- NO Smoking: NO SMOKING allowed inside the condo of any type, this includes Cigarettes, E-Cigarettes, Vaping, Marijuana, etc.

- NO Pets: NO PETS are allowed in the resort or condo, this is an HOA regulation and is strictly enforced.

- Events/Large groups: No more than 4 guests are to occupy the unit each night. Large parties or loud noise that causes a disruption to the resort and their guests will not only constitute a full charge of the security deposit, but will result in the police being called to REMOVE you from the property immediately upon notification.


YOU MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE to rent the home----NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
Please remember this is a PRIVATELY owned condo and is not a hotel room. Please treat it as you would your home.

ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES or you will be removed from the property- with ZERO refunds!!!!!!

Absolutely NO early check-in unless prior permission was given. We have to have time to prepare the property. This is subject to additional charges if you do check-in early.

Quiet hours are STRICTLY enforced from 10:00pm thru 7:00am. YOU MUST Be respectful of all of the neighbors & The Property Rules!!

Remember since this is not part of a hotel you will not receive daily maid service... If you would like daily, bi-weekly maid service or towel exchange this can be arranged for an additional fee.
