* Step disclosure: 3 stories townhome, need to be very comfortable with stairs
* AC disclosure: There are 2 mini split AC, 1 AC on the 3rd floor, another 1 AC on the 2nd floor living room. There is no AC in the two bedrooms on the 1st floor. Fans are provided.
* We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
* We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
* Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500 per day.
*. Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($49.5), or a refundable Safety Deposit ($500). As an official partner, these options will be presented to you after booking via our Guest App.

Excellent communication and very close to a hospital which was unfortunately necessary during our visit. Also very quick to get transportation and easy to get around the city.
Beautiful home and great location. Light and airy. Super clean. Very comfortable. Having the designated parking spot was key in this area. Host was very helpful and communicated frequently in the app to make sure all was well. Check in and check out very easy. Highly recommend.
