The apartment was beautiful and clean and it's location could not have been better. I was contacted regularly by the host regarding the check-in/check-out procedures. The host checked in with me following my first night to ensure all was well. A track issue was promptly taken care of. I will definitely rent the apartment again.

The morning of our arrival, we were at the airport ready to depart and received notification the rooftop pool was no longer available for our entire stay. This was a primary reason for selecting this location. At our urging and request (due to the last minute change) we were relocated to an alternative room in another boulevard stays location. The room was extremely small, the pool was old and weather worn. The elevators worked intermittently and it generally felt like a college dorm. In the end, we felt over charged for a substandard room and poor environment. The last minute change while we were flying was unacceptable. So, bottom-line the room and boulevard stays experience was terrible.
