We loved the ocean view, the large size of the unit fit 9 comfortably.
It was quite warm and humid, and the central air couldn’t keep up with it.

Our family had a great time. We had ages 1 1/2 to 65 years old. We had plenty of room for us and my children and their families. Check in was a little hectic with limited 15 minute parking and the parking garage across the street, but the guards were very helpful. We had a toilet that was not working when we got there, but the folks in maintenance were very nice and fixed it quickly. The condo was perfect for us. It was convenient to the beach and other attractions. We had a great week!

Very clean. Spacious with wonderful views. Only complaint was king size bed was two smaller beds pushed together so not comfortable for my husbands back with the divide in the middle. Only suggestion I would have would be to provide a few more forks/ glasses . We didn’t have enough. Elevator did break during stay and that became hectic but I’m sure it was due tu hurricane Debby. Overall it was great and we would stay again. Plenty of room for the 7 adults we had.

This unit was plenty spacious for myself, my best friend and our six children. We loved that the balcony was pretty big, that we could prepare our own meals, that it was right on the beach.
one of the outdoor pools was not working during our stay but wasn’t a huge deal because there was another we could access at their other building next door. One other con was only one elevator was available ( the other was broke but actively being worked on) and sometimes we had to wait 15 minutes to get on.

Property was a mess and broken dresser, curtain rod and stove drawer. Bed linens were stained and furniture torn and looked like it was goodwill buy. Advertised as King in Master but was two twin beds made up. Not enough forks, glasses or not even a lid for the blender. Would not stay there again

Condition of property.
This was a disappointment. The furniture was shabby, condo needs to be painted and updated.
The sliding glass done to balcony could not be opened without a strong adult male, the kitchen did not have enough glassware and silverware. Washing machine broke two days before we left Great view and size of condo was the best feature. This condo need to bring up its standards to compete with other properties.

Property was not accurate to the hoots adviertised, the furniture is dated, dirty and worn down. Sliding glass door was broke and hard to shut, dryer had rust and a broke. Handle, mold was found on vents, and around the master toilet and shower. Walls were dirty and base boards had paint peeling. Drawer was missing from kitchen.and the owners could not provide code to the gym so not able to access gym.

Property was not clean upon arrival we found someone’s bathing suit bottoms shoved under a dresser the floors were FILTHY mold in showers and in living room bathroom lights and sliding door were broken and not working properly we contacted the property manager and told them on our first day and they issues were never fixed on day 3 our AC didn’t work and once again we told the property managers and the next day we had to remind them about the AC was not working once again they told us that someone would be there later in the day and never showed up none of the things were ever fixed

This condo was great but two things. One the elevators need to be up graded in the condo and the parking garage. I had to wait 20-45 mins for one and there’s times I had to walk up and down 7 flights of stairs. And the #2 is we was there for five days then was told couldn’t swim without a wristband Which was never told

The check in process was great and the location was great. The room itself just needs a little TLC. It needs new mattresses on all beds, the couches are so worn out none of the adults even sat on them! And, I don't think the floors had been mopped in months! I can totally understand sand but this was just unclean floors!! And, the dryer needs to be replaced. It makes black marks on your clothing!

The property was well maintained and welcoming. The room we stayed in was very disappointing. The furniture was very old and broken down. The mattresses were so uncomfortable none of our party of 7 could get a good nights sleep. I know a lot of families eat out at the beach the whole time, but we do not. The cookware was barely usable.
If people are going to rent out their properties they should at least make them livable. We may stay at Crescent Shores again, but never room 702.

Room for potential but amazing view
If view and location is what you are looking for than this is it. We originally did not pay attention to the previous reviews of this location but I can say that most of them are accurate. I simply think that there is potential for this property. Things need to be fixed and upgraded or fixed especially that main patio door. We ended up using the one in the master bedroom because of the issue. ( just to hard to open and close ) Upon arrival the condo was not 100% clean but the agency was able to send someone over within the next hour so excellent service on their behalf on that. We only had 5 forks and 5 five drinking cups for our group of 10 so I ended up buying plastic ones for the 2 weeks we were there. I would recommend but if your are picky on certain things maybe this one is not for you.

1-upon check in, it was a sh** show: 1st code didn't work, 2nd code we were given didn't work, 3rd code...nope..but 4th code-yes.
*Remember, the parking guy only gave us 15 minutes to unload &grab parking passes off of the bar, but the codes they kept giving us didn't work. Finally, on 4th code, we were able to get in.
2- AC not working properly(saw on a previous renters notes from June 2021, 2months earlier, that they reported the AC didn't keep up. So it's not as though they didn't know about this. They did however have it remedied on Monday after telling me the AC man would be there on Sunday to fix it. So I stayed around all day for nothing. Also, informed her in first txt msg, that I had to go out and purchase fans bc the bedrooms were so stuffy and hot, and not one mention of reimbursement..sorry for the inconvenience, etc..just a false assurance that the AC man would def be there after he got done on the job he was currently doing.(and never showed)
3- room hadnt been cleaned. I sent pics to the number provided, of the 'dirty'&explained items from previous renters had been left so I wasn't sure how well of a job housekeeping had done. I made them well aware I had a child w/2 immune system disorders,& was offered for another cleaning crew to come the nxt day,but it was too late. I had already cleaned it obviously bc I couldn't leave my child in the car for 3 days.Just thankfully I took the Lysol, lysol wipes&disinfecting cleansers.
4- pool&hot tubs, closed at 9pm. Too early...but even@that, once the pool gates were locked, you had no private beach access from the condominium.You had to go down to ground floor;out side door; walk up to the front of building;walk down the public sidewalk beside the street;&walk left/right to the PUBLIC beach access to get to the ocean.On return,same thing except no where to rinse the sand off bc its on the walkway to the condos pool,with the gate locked.U would've had to turn around, get back in the sand,walk down to the PUBLIC beach access walkway, thus defeating the purpose of rinsing off.
5- The number given to report any issues to was nice. However,it was as though she picked which messages she wanted to respond to.When I inquired about the AC man,was he still coming on Sunday as she had said, no response.When I asked if I dont report issues to her,then who? No response until the nxt day when I asked again.Btw, they were to be reported to that number.

Good room but…
The room was nice and spacious for two families however upon arrival it was filthy. I know sand is hard to keep out but the floors were covered. Found a pair of panties at the foot of one of the beds. Sand in all the beds. Hard to believe linens were washed. Not as many kitchen utensils as we are used to. Had to go buy a measuring cup. The condo was advertised as having a king bed in the master. It was actually two twin beds pushed together. Very misleading as my husband and I had to sleep separately because couldn’t deal with the crack in the middle when pushing the beds together. My husband if a big guy and a twin was just not fitting. The condo facilities and location were great. On the quiet side of North Myrtle beach but only a 20 minute drive to the boardwalk and Broadway on the beach. My suggestion is to have a deep cleaning done on the room and honestly show that the master bedroom is NOT a true king bed. We wouldn’t have rented had we known this

Upon arrival 6 hour before check in there was no communication with us from property management about how to help store luggage until we could access the unit despite several attempts to contact. Once we were in the unit, we learned that several of the amenities that made us choose this unit were not working. The indoor pool was not open, the lazy river was not open, one of the hot tubes was not open, the outdoor pool was not heated, one of the elevators was not working, and the kitchen scissors were broken. To be fair, the pools were the biggest problem. In talking to a maintenance worker, we were told that the lazy river had not been working for over 6 months. Since we just booked in February, we were clearly lied to about available amenities with this unit. We spoke with several other families that were just as upset as we were. We reached out to the property management company asking about how they planned to compensate us and they said they would not. Without some sort of compensation for what we were sold and did not receive, we will NOT be using this company or VRBO again and would NOT recommend this to anyone else. We are hopeful that you will handle things appropriately at this time.

We enjoyed our stay. The unit was nice and spacious, but some of the beds could definitely use new mattresses as there were definite sagging and rolling towards the middle going on. The direct ocean front view was the best. We had a couple of maintenance issues, but it was resolved quickly. We had a wagon for beach accessories and never found a ramp for beach access. We would return and really enjoyed the spaciousness the unit afforded.

I had to contact management 3 times during our 7 day stay. When we got here we had to clean it was not clean. 4 days in we were told we had to have passes to be at the pool and were told to leave until we had them, so contacted management. We got a warning for parking on our vehicle about 4 days in because we were not given proper parking passes. We were told we would have them the next day after contacting management and never did receive them. Roomy place and nice beach but I don’t believe we would stay here again. I was told it was under new management so not sure if that was the problem.

There were electrical outlets that didn’t work & the bathroom lights kept tripping the breaker. The pool wasn’t open which was very disappointing even though the ban had been lifted. The furniture is very broken down. I asked 3 times prior to my visit for a king size mattress & still didn’t get it.
