My place is 33sqm. this is luxury condo for short and long stays. All necessary amenities are included in the room. The condo is close to BTS Saladeang, BTS Chong nonsri and MRT Silom. Most importantly, you can do Bangkok sightseeing by foot and BTS&MRT from here. No need Taxi

The room is in the quiet area 5th floor. This is a luxury and cozy condo for 2 persons. The room comes with engineering wooden floor. The kitchen is black tile flooring. Both living room and bed room comes with black out curtains, for those who enjoy the late wake up. There is a balcony in the room for to enjoy the Silom Bangkok view from there.

Please kindly pick up the room key card at Baan Silom soi 3 Boutique Accommodation. It is located across of the 5B14 KLASS condo. There will be me or other assistants wait for your arrival. All you need is a key card for entering the main access and your room even elevator. There is 24hrs security at the main gate. just to remind you losing the key card is 500baht.

Feel free to make yourself at home and feel like you're living in Bangkok. Enjoy the fitness and swimming pool while your stay. I will not bother the guests unless they want to meet or need advice/help. Guests will have the room to themselves the entire time.

A cleaning service will come the day you leave or every 3 days of your stay. They will clean the room, change the bedding, towels and wash the dishes so don't worry about any of that. If you are renting long-term and would like the room cleaned please contact me and I can arrange it. This is come with the charge. For cleaning it takes 1 hour. While that you can go have some lunch = )

You can only smoke on the balcony never in the room. Please DO NOT SMOKE in the room. All areas in the condo is non smoking area. Enjoy!

The condo is located in Silom district. There are many banks, shopping malls and convenience stores around you. Especially food stalls and restaurant you name it variety to pick what to eat and enjoy

This condo is right in the very center of Bangkok. It less busy on Saturday and Sunday around Silom area, for those who like to stay during weekend. At night Silom is a busy area and great for night life, Enjoy the location.

As I mentioned, the most convenience is by BTS . you can walk to either BTS Saladeang or BTS Chong nonsri from condo. There are many UBERRRR drivers around the area. Also, taxis pass by all the times. There are convenience stores around where you can grab things to eat 24hrs/7
