The neighborhood is quiet with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Easy drive to both Dallas and Forth Worth.

This large home features 4 bedrooms with a king bed in the primary bedroom and queen beds in the 3 secondary bedrooms. The home is recently fully remodeled and has brand new furnishings throughout. There are two living rooms with 65" smart TVs, as well as an additional smart TV in the primary bedroom. The two full and one half baths are recently remodeled and include a walk-in shower in the primary bathroom and a tub/shower in the secondary bathroom.

There is a large yard with a new wood privacy fence as well as a pergola with outdoor furniture in the backyard.

The home sits in a quiet residential neighborhood with easy access to Hwy 121 and 183, I-35, 635 and George Bush Turnpike. This fantastic mid-cities location puts you in the middle of Dallas and Fort Worth, with short travel times to both. Cowboys and Ranger's stadiums are only 11 miles away away!!
