Two bedrooms and den. Queen bed, two double beds, plus rollaway single and 2 futons. New bathroom with shower/tub, amenities. Kitchen/dining with coffee bar and everything you need for meal prep. Huge private patio with lovely garden. Lots of original art on the walls. Immediate trailhead to park, creek, and ponds. Good parking. Quick access to freeways, light rail, and BART!

Margie's home is a home away from home. Great location and her hospitality was greater than 5 stars. Not only did we have enough space with comfort, the birds, the gardens, the flowers and patio space was inviting to eat meals, read, swing on the swing and enjoy our family time together outside. What a beautiful stay, thank you from our whole family. You gave us a space for our daughter and all of us to comforts to rest and heal post surgery.

Great communication, and host responded quickly. Exceptionally clean, organized and stocked with anything you’d need. Easy parking in a quiet conveniently located neighborhood. Relaxing, large patio and there is nothing that would disappoint. We had family events to attend and would like to return in the future for a relaxing week. You must see Alum Rock Park! First state park in California with lots of history.

Everything was perfect. The location was great as we had a wedding at Lick Observatory. The unit was clean, plenty of towels. Kitchen was well equipped. The garden was lovely for sitting outside and hanging out. I would strongly recommend staying here if ur in South east San Jose. Margie was the perfect hostess .

Great location and great host

This place was a great stay for my family. First it was convently around the corner from my dad's house and sister's house. The backyard was perfect place to have coffee in the morning and wine at night with a beautiful floral landscape full of humming birds and butterflies. The host was quick to respond to any issue and laid out how tos for any of our needs throughout the house. One note, the driveway is steep but there is a turnout that allows for an easier backup.
