Definitely a great place. Three generation of Family get together.Nothing bad but the bbq tanks were empty unfortunately.

Positive points :-The chalet was good in general -Price is excellent-The chalet is nice in general modern -The view is wow , the queens beds were comfortable -The person with who I exchanged a lot Yanis was super he answered to all my questions and I had a lot and his responses were really fast a big tks to Yanis really nice and professional The negative points:-Electric fire place wasnt working no batteries inside the remote and no spare batteries were available -Not enough wine glasses for 12’person we had to use the plastic ones -A lot of finger print on all doors were visible -I think a Christmas three would give ambiance during holidays time but I didn’t ask for But after all in general we were satisfied

We are addressing the electric fireplace and will ensure spare batteries are available in the future. We’ll also make sure there are enough wine glasses for larger groups, and we’ll take care of the cleaning around the doors to avoid visible fingerprints. Regarding the Christmas tree, we appreciate the suggestion and will definitely consider adding that for the holiday season next time.

Pros- Nice location and viewCons- Listing offered fire pit for which was not at the chalet. Host said they would investigate and promptly fix/answer. He/she never did- Missing amenities such as garbage bags, sponges to clean, tide pods to run the dishwater. - For some reason, there is a Garda security patrol circulating routinely. We were accused falsely of a noise disturbance when it was clearly the neighbouring chalet who were extremely loud with their music. He ruined the atmosphere for the night. - Discrepancies with check in/out instruction. For example, wrong wifi password provided. The total alarm button was not found as well. - Most chalets have 2 bins for garbage and recycling; this one only had 1 of each. We had to walk to another nearby garbage bin to throw out the garbage.
