The open-concept living area features a cozy L-shaped sofa and a well-stocked chef’s kitchen with a spacious island, perfect for hanging out with your friends or family. Enjoy a coffee bar with a Nespresso machine and drip coffee maker (coffee provided) and small appliances like an Instant Pot, Ninja blender, and rice cooker.
Relax in one of our three king-size bedrooms. The upstairs primary bedroom offers an ensuite with a walk-in closet, double vanity sinks, and a shower. Two downstairs bedrooms share a bathroom with a bathtub and shower combo.
The converted garage den offers a comfy sofa, TV, board games, and a turntable with Bluetooth speakers for a relaxing retreat.
Step outside to a peaceful backyard oasis. Enjoy the patio, play a game of cornhole, or grill up a meal on the Weber. The large dining table is perfect for al fresco meals.

Atascadero is a centrally located place to stay in the Central Coast. The wineries of Paso Robles, the beaches of Morro Bay, and the historical college town of San Luis Obispo are all an easy drive from Atascadero.
What makes this property unique
Our house sits on an acre and we have a hill full of oak trees with the occasional deer stopping by for a visit.
