Our boat left is equipped to hold boats 24 feet and less. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with showers and hair dryers for added convenience. We are originally from central Pennsylvania and made a permanent move to Florida in August of 2022. We bought our 1st rental property in Ocean City, Maryland in 2011. Over the years we had purchased 4 more units in Ocean City. In the spring of 2024, we decided to put a couple of our units on the market for sale because we wanted to purchase places closer to where we are now living. In January of 2025 we sold our last property in Ocean City, and in April 2025 we bought this perfect Sugarloaf home.
