3 bedroom/2 bath - Canal Front Home on Little Torch Key with; heated pool, concrete seawall and tiki hut. There is an outdoor shower and fenced in yard for your pet (pet fees apply).

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood on a deep canal with easy boating access to open water.
There is a screened in area and gazebo for shade by the swimming pool.
This home is a minimum of 28 day rental by Monroe County Code

There are 2 king bedrooms and an extra sleeping area with a queen and twin bunk bed. 2 beach bikes and 1 double and 1 single kayak are included with this rental. Dock your boat on the concrete seawall. Up to a 25’ boat allowed. Enjoy a ice cold libation under the tiki hut by the pool. Relax on the large screened in porch overlooking the canal.
There is an outdoor shower and fenced in yard.


Non-Refundable Damage Deposit Waiver: Instead of charging a security deposit, Host charges a non-refundable $74 damage waiver fee that covers up to $3000 for damage to real or personal property of the vacation rental property as a result of your acts or omissions.

The house is sufficient for 2 couples, 3 in a pinch (with only 2 showers) and 2 (only) moderately sized vehicles. It was clean, kitchen sufficient for cooking. Host responsive. Exterior furniture needs some TLC but nothing that prohibited us from having a nice time. Boat dock ok for 23' boat. Decent high tide launch on the other side of island. Take your own Roku for any tv beyond basic Xfinity cable. Internet not stable some times, may just be what is available on Little Torch

Very nice rental

The rental was just as described. Clean, nice and comfortable. Neighborhood was very nice and friendly and the property manager Amy, was accommodating and pleasant.

Management responds right away, wonderful time would rent again. Only 2 things would be nice on property, bait freezer and dishwasher, other than that perfect.
