Bedroom one features a restful queen-size bed, perfect for a couple or individual seeking a peaceful night`s sleep. Bedroom two also boasts a comfortable queen-size bed, providing another private haven. In the inviting living room, a versatile queen-size sofa bed easily converts to comfortably accommodate one or two additional guests. For your convenience, extra linens and cozy blankets for the sofa bed are readily accessible right inside the sofa itself, ensuring a seamless and comfortable stay for all.

Entire Apartment: Kitchen, Living Room, Bedroom 1, Bedroom 2, Bathroom and Laundry Room with washer and dryer in the basement unit downstairs.

World Trade Center (WTC) and its fabulous
Oculus Subway station. Just amazing!

We also recommend the BRAVO supermarket
and Adriana`s Laundromat in the neighborhood
- both local fun experiences!

1. Smoking and drug use are not allowed inside the unit, on the balcony, or in the hallways of the building. This includes vapes, weed, or other illegal substances. There is a $1000 fine if discovered.

2. Parties are not allowed in this property, including loud music. There is a fee of $1000 if a party is discovered or if a neighbor complains about excessive noise. Quiet Hours: 9pm - 9am.

3. There is a $30 fee per guest per night for undeclared guests.

4. If an excessive mess is discovered after your stay, you will be charged accordingly on top of the standard cleaning fee. Please leave closed bags of trash in the can maximum at the property.

6. Standard check-out is 10 am.

7. Standard check-in is at 3pm. Early check-in is not possible due to our cleaning schedules.

8. Everything in the home is inventoried. We will charge for any missing or damaged items.

9. Any cleaning issues must be reported within a reasonable time of check-in so that we can help resolve any issues you may have.

10. We do not allow packages/mail to be sent to the address you’re staying at. You may deliver items to the door, or to a local FedEx/UPS. We cannot help you to retrieve delivered mail.

11. Respectful and friendly vocabulary is required by both parties. Your reservation will be canceled with no refund if you use profanity or threaten any of our staff.
