There is also a pullout twin bed in the living room area and three air mattresses. Private Access is through the backyard and down the stairs. Guests also have complimentary access to our backyard and hot tub.

Kitchenette is fully stocked with mid size fridge/ freezer, toaster oven, and k cup coffee maker with k cups provided for you .

Guests can enjoy the convenience of amenities like, iron, washing/dryer, hair dryer, WiFi, hot tub, fire pit and AC.
Lots of extra blankets and pillows.

Living space has a couch and dining table and chairs.
The modern full bath has a bathtub and regular shower head. Plenty of hot water and extra towels as you need. Stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash as well.
We live upstairs and are readily available.

NOTE:
- There is street parking available only. Just make sure to read the street signs for any restrictions due to street cleaning. You may have to park a few blocks down. During the day you will find parking outside the house, but at night you might need to park on adjacent streets. Parking at night can be hard you may have to park on adjacent streets.

-There are around 7 stairs to go down to enter the suite.
- Unit DOES NOT have a full kitchen (no stove) only a one pan burner.
- Unit can have up to 5 guests. There is only 1 bed which can sleep 2 guests comfortably and an additional pull out twin bed. However, there are three air mattresses

Our home is located in a safe and quiet residential neighborhood in Jersey City. This urban neighborhood offers a perfect blend of restaurants, grocery stores, and Berry Lane Park within walking distance making it ideal for both visitors and locals.

Its close proximity to New York City adds to its appeal, providing easy access to all the excitement of the Big Apple.

The Garfield Light Rail station is just a quick 10-minute walk from the property, offering a seamless commute to the Path train which will connect you to NYC.

The journey from our home to World Trade Center in Manhattan is 25 minutes this is the perfect place to catch subway lines throughout the city.

We are 15 minutes from Newark Airport.

With a bus stop within three blocks of our home (7 min), get to Port Authority Bus Station (in Times Square) in 30 minutes. Enjoy the perks of NYC with the comfort of a spacious and newly renovated home.

Also, there is an app called "Via" that does a shared ride (similar to uber) that is only $2 per ride only in jersey city, NJ. This would be helpful to go to the NJ Grove Path subway (10 min from property) to go into NYC (another 10 min ride).
