3 Acre Property Lake Front Apartment. We are 12 miles from Vermont, 22 miles from Saratoga, 40 miles from Albany, and 3.5 hours from New York City.

Apartment is ground floor and has one bedroom unit with full bathroom and private access. Gym/work room has murphy bed. Living room has updated sofas and recliners. Kitchen has all new appliances, including new stove/oven, Keurig coffee machine, and air fryer oven. You will be staying in your own private apartment that sits on Washington County-Lake Lauderdale Park.

This property is even nicer than the pictures suggest. It sits on the more private, secluded and peaceful end of a very nice lake. The accommodations are perfect and the hosts make you feel at home. The other end of the lake is more crowded, and you hear the road traffic, but this property doesn't get any of that. We would absolutely stay again!

Lovely, quiet apartment with beautiful view of, and access to, Lake Lauderdale, one of several moderate-sized lakes East of Saratoga Springs. A nice bonus was the availability of lake water toys--2 kayaks, one- and two-person inflatable floats, boating vests, etc. A small dock for easy access to the water and for lake-side fishing with provided fishing rods. Easy access along the country roads to innumerable tourist opportunities in the region. In short, a most enjoyable vacation getaway.

Amazing. Hosts are super friendly, John especially is really interesting to talk to. It was immaculately clean and had everything I needed. Nice fluffy towels, comfy furniture, well stocked kitchen. The washer was a nice perk. The location itself is very rustic and rural which is nice and peaceful. Bit of noise from the hosts living upstairs but nothing crazy. Would definitely go back!
