3 Acre Property Lake Front Apartment. We are 12 miles from Vermont, 22 miles from Saratoga, 40 miles from Albany, and 3.5 hours from New York City.

Apartment is ground floor and has one bedroom unit with full bathroom and private access. Gym/work room has murphy bed. Living room has updated sofas and recliners. Kitchen has all new appliances, including new stove/oven, Keurig coffee machine, and air fryer oven. You will be staying in your own private apartment that sits on Washington County-Lake Lauderdale Park.

Great Stay!

We booked our stay very last minute to visit family in the area and John's place was great! We really appreciate his accommodating us. The space was great and has everything you need (even everything you need to cook!) Can't wait to come back in the Summer.

Perfect location

Perfect location to get to nearby areas including VT. Right on the water so the evenings and mornings were enjoyable sitting on patio with the lake view.

Great Lake location

We came for a graduation so we didn’t spend a lot of time on the property but John was very helpful and it was such a peaceful lake. We’d love to come back to the area to enjoy more time on the lake!

Great Weekend Getaway

Birthday trip

The apartment was very clean and set up and ready to go with greetings! The property was amazing and right on the lake front as listed! John was an amazing host very kind and accommodating. They have a beautiful garden that was also offered to us! Everything was perfect, a much needed relaxing retreat. We will definitely be returning!

Wonderful stay

We had a great stay this lakefront home. We kayaked, grilled, and fished. The location was convenient for both exploring Vermont and the surrounding area. John was friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the stay and will return.

Perfect Lake house

Clean and well appointed this property is everything you need to enjoy the lake in your front yard and the local area if that's your thing. Two nice kayaks with PFD's, a dock, seating at waters edge and a small fire pit. I couldnt ask for anything more

Peaceful Place!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at John and Kikos. The property is in a great location at the quiet end of the lake. They were very accommodating while we had different visitors stop by. You can tell they take great pride in their home, and they were very easy to communicate with. The apartment was as described and has everything you need. The AC worked great for hot days. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for relaxation and quiet in a beautiful setting!

Perfect!

This is our second time here. It has everything you could want for a relaxing getaway, and we immediately feel at home here. It is clean and comfortable indoors and everything is high quality. Outside is a big grassy, flat lawn down to the lake, and kayaks, a paddle boat, life jackets, grills, tables, chairs, a hammock, and more are provided. The host is friendly and generous, and the surrounding countryside is gorgeous!

Wonderful stay

This apartment is exactly what is described. The owners have thought of everything and it is immaculate. The bed was so comfortable and I also enjoyed relaxing in the recliners after a strenuous day. The kitchen is great and there’s coffee - very important to me. I had car trouble and the owner helped me out with a ride and even diagnosed my issue correctly. I will definitely book this again when I’m in the area. Too bad the weather wasn’t nice for kayaking.

Wonderful Property

Last week we concluded our 4th trip to this property. It has become somewhat of a tradition for myself and husband each year. This is an amazing place to stay. Everything you could need is provided and John and Kiko are amazing folks! On a side note I suffer from Multiple Sclerosis and was struggling last week when we were there. If you have any mobility issues, this apartment is fully accesible with a walker. I was also able to get across the yard, down to the water with my walker very easily. There are no stairs in the apartment which makes for smooth sailing if you have a walking device. We plan to continue the tradition and will be back next year! Thanks again John and Kiko for a wonderful vacation.

We visited family in Cambridge and we all ended up hanging out at the apartment because of its spacious, open area. We could cook meals and still interact with everyone. It was cold outside but the wood stove kept us all quite cozy. We even barbequed although the temperatures were in the 20's at night. We didn't have time to fish this visit, but our neighbor showed us pictures of the big fish he caught ice fishing! Would definitely stay again if I return to the Cambridge area.
