The Space:
Step into a welcoming townhome in a vibrant golf community with breathtaking Red Rock views. The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area creates a spacious and inviting atmosphere, with direct access to the back patio overlooking stunning desert scenery. Whether you're enjoying a morning coffee or unwinding in the evening, this serene outdoor space provides the perfect setting.
The master king suite offers ultimate comfort and relaxation. It features a double sink vanity, a large soaking tub, a separate walk-in shower, and exceptional lighting with plenty of mirrors. A large window fills the room with natural light and offers beautiful scenic views. The suite also includes a spacious walk-in closet, providing ample storage for all your needs.
The second bedroom is generously sized and includes a comfortable queen bed. It is conveniently located near a full shared bathroom, making it ideal for family or guests.
For added convenience, the townhome includes a double car garage with plenty of parking and additional storage space. This thoughtfully designed home ensures a comfortable and relaxing stay, whether you're here for adventure or simply to unwind.
Guest Access:
You have access to this entire 2 bed 2 bath home and its outdoor space. The garage is private. There is a Keypad on the door so you can check in at any time past 4 on your check in date.
The Neighborhood:
Loved Village of Oak Creek neighborhood. Known for views, hiking & biking trails, vortex sites and more!
Getting Around:
It's best to rent a car in Sedona.
Also, please use the local Free, Sedona Shuttle, for trailhead transportation.
Other Things to Note:
Pool is seasonal. Hot tub is available all year round. Golf needs to be made by appointment through Canyon Mesa golf club.
Due to the recent wildfires, out insurance company now longer allows us to have any indoor or outdoor fires. No exceptions. Thank you for understanding!
House Rules:
Check-in is 4 p.m.
Check-out is 10 a.m.
No exceptions.
Pack N Play and Highchair available upon request.
We do not accept mail at this address. Due to City guidelines, no mail is allowed to be delivered to the property. It will not be our responsibility should you ship anything to the home to retrieve from the mailbox. Please use the UPS store or an Amazon locker pick-up.
We use TRUVI as part of our guest screening process. Your TRUVI application must match the primary guest name on the reservation. Per city and state laws, your background check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until these requirements are fulfilled. Once confirmed and before check-in, guests must also sign a Rental Agreement agreeing and acknowledging to:
-Abide by our rental terms and conditions.
-Provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
-That we collect a non-refundable damage waiver of $35, paid via TRUVI.
-The waiver will cover you for any accidental damage during your stay.
No Pets!
No Smoking or Vaping inside or outside the house. No Exceptions. $500 fine if violated.
No Mountain Bikes or muddy shoes are allowed inside the house.
Local Quiet Hours are 9 p.m. - 9 a.m. The neighbors may call the police if this is violated.
Due to our dark sky ordinance, outdoor lights must be turned off when you are not outside.
NO FIRES May 1 - October 1 or any other time the host requests, due to drought or fire ban.
We are not liable for items left behind. $50 + the cost of shipping will be charged for items left behind that require shipping.
By law, this home may NOT be used for events, parties, or large gatherings.
We regularly see javelina, deer, skunks, and bobcats. Do not approach or feed these animals!
Please do not unplug electronics or move furniture.
Please use your own accounts for Netflix, Prime, etc... Please be sure to log out of those accounts when you check out.
