This is perfect set up for a large group. It has a fully equipped kitchen w/ plenty of workspace. The island seats 6 & table seats 8. The 2nd level has a living roomwith a 65" TV . The 1st level has a game room w/ air hockey, aircade games & also a heated/cooled garage w/ a pool table. Smart TV's in all rooms ! There is an elevator for easing up & down 3 levels. Enjoy plenty of outdoor seating , including a 3rd level sundeck, a screened porch & mid level covered deck. The inground pool has patio loungers & the hot tub seats 6. Perfect lot for added privacy w/ only a 5 minute walk to the beach, Harris Teeter, Starbucks, Off the Wall Tap House, Pizzaz pizza , Urban Kitchen & more! The property is beautiful! The rooms are spacious, the house is a few blocks from the beach, and the shopping center is just a few minutes up the road. The host is amazing at communication and made sure we had no issues throughout our stay. I look forward to staying at this property again in the future!

Our family enjoyed this property very much from the location to the lower level game rooms. Would 100% recommend for anyone who is looking to go to the outer bank and not have to worry about walking too far to get to the beach!
