Perfect apartment for 2 people and tucked away. Was very quiet for most times except for the 2nd last night there was a it of noise coming from upstairs most likely the school rooms but as it was night we thought it maybe some people using the space on a Friday night. The apartment may need a bit of upgrade in the kitchen area but it was fine as is for us but not sure more sophisticated tenants would feel the same.
