Location was amazing and all the parking that was available. The beds were very comfortable and the house had everything we needed.

Description of the rental and photos were accurate. It was comfortable for the group of us (6 adults). We were given accommodations for our baby as well (high chair and pack n play) which were convenient. Communication was great and quick to respond to questions prior to our trip. The location was awesome - we were only a block from the beach and it was great to have parking available on site. The neighbor was also very kind and helpful. We enjoyed our stay at this rental property and the property also provided a lot of beach toys and items for us to use while we were there.

Great location next to a park with a playground and easy walk to a lovely stretch of beach. Less crowded and less noisy than other parts of Newport Beach, which is what we wanted. Also loved the guaranteed onsite parking. Enjoyed our stay and will choose this place again!
