The views are amazing, the house is beautiful and the location is one people dream of...
This stately home has a story to tell. This home was literally "born/built" in Canada, where it was a family home for years. It went up for sale and was purchased by me (the owner), and barged to Sequim Wa where it now graces my waterfront property. We have spent years updating and making each and every room special. It has a very coastal vibe, with all its updates. The Sequim Beach House has lovingly been decorated with many treasures collected over the years.
The expansive deck (1400 SQ FT) area has multiple gathering areas to take in the view of the Dungeness Lighthouse and Sandspit, shipping traffic, Mt. Baker and more... We have an outdoor bar, outdoor hot tub , 2 BBQ's, interactive ship's wheel bar table, comfy chairs and couches.
The layout of this home: The main floor - You enter front door into the grand entry with a spiral staircase. There is a living room area with a flatscreen TV and recliners for those who want extra comfort, a large dining room with seating for approx. 14 people plus a small bar area, kitchen area with a wall that is set up for a coffee/hot cocoa bar - center prep area with propane burners -electric oven with electric burners; you choose how you want to prepare your feast. There is a billiard room off the dining room - complete with billiard table and a flatscreen TV as well as a smaller size bedroom off the billiard area with a queen bed for those who prefer less stairs. There are French doors from the billiard room, kitchen and living room/breakfast table room to the expansive deck!!
Upstairs there are 5 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are larger and at both ends of the house (East & West) and have king beds in each. The other three bedrooms are smaller and have queen - size beds in them. All bedrooms have been furnished with lovely beds and nautical themes-each a little different to make it fun.
My family loves fun things - soooo we have a sand covered area for volleyball or badminton, and a cute area with a play structure for the little ones.
We have your very own little putt putt golf course. It's a fun little course, that will surely keep your family laughing.
There are strikingly beautiful views all year long; we have a path from our entirely fenced yard (for all of your furry friends) from the house directly to our no-bank sandy beach.
The Sequim Beach House has a car charger.
Please note that the base price is for up to twelve guests. Additional guests fee applies after 12 guests which is $35.00 per person per night. Also please note that the pet fee is $25.00 per pet per day. We typically will accept up to four pets but will give special consideration to a few more.
Profits from this rental go toward our animal rescue and sanctuary located in Port Angeles, Wa called Fox-Bell Humane Society. Fox was the first rescue dog and Bell was the first rescue horse. Thus, Fox-Bell was born.

This house was green flags all the way. So many good things. There was so much room! The views were fantastic - in the dining room you can turn one way to see the Dungeness spit, turn around and you can see the Olympic mountains. The putt-putt course and pool table were fun and made it so we always had something to do. Even the boat themed decorations were neat as you could keep finding stuff you hadn't seen the day before. We will definitely be coming back.
We loved our stay at this house! It’s a great place to stay with a large group. Lots of entertainment (putt-putt, pool table, volleyball court, hot tub) and a fully stocked kitchen with 2 fridges.
An exceptionally lovely spot, a well provisioned house set up for fun activities like kayaking, miniature golf, volleyball ,badminton etc. Kids 3-9 had plenty to do. The setting is exceptional, so that just looking out from the deck is a joy. We took day trips to the ocean, lakes and historic sites but staying at the house would also have been a good option.
This beautifully decorated, clean beach house has everything you could want to make your stay truly delightful. From the pool table, sand volleyball court, hot tub, espresso bar, snow cone machine and more, this house has everything. Communication with the host was terrific. As an added plus, it's pet friendly.
This house was incredible! We had 16 people staying here at different points throughout the week, and there truly was something for everyone. The location was perfect, with beautiful views and easy access to everything we wanted to see on the Olympic Peninsula. The kitchen (and second kitchen) were fantastic, and the layout gave everyone plenty of space to spread out without ever feeling crowded. Parking was also a huge plus, we comfortably fit eight vehicles, with room for even more if needed. The hot tub was a great bonus after long days of exploring. Martha was an excellent host, always responsive and quick to answer any questions we had.One unexpected highlight was getting to watch the Sequim Fourth of July fireworks. We also had a great view of the Canada Day fireworks over Victoria from the back porch. We even spotted a river otter living in the lagoon behind the house, along with plenty of birds and other wildlife. This was truly an amazing trip, and we’re incredibly grateful for the memories we made here. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.
This house is perfect in every way! Great location for the Olympic park and Victoria. I would have been happy to stay at the house and enjoy the bird sanctuary and Peuget sound! So much to do at the house, beach walking, putt putt golf, hot tub, sand volleyball, pool table. We’ll be back!
We had a large family group ages 11-77, with varying interests and mobility. This property had everything we could have wanted or needed. Everything was comfortable and well appointed. There was so much for everyone to do, from mini golf to kayaking to beach walks to hot tub. We would love to come again! Communication was also excellent.
Wonderful facilities and location for a family vacation. Photos do not do this justice. Great space for being together to cook, eat, play. We loved the natural environs. Outside we loved the volleyball, mini golf and hot tub. Inside the pool table, darts, shaved ice machine were all big hits. Very easy to communicate with the owner who provided great advice. A unique listing!
We (a group of sixteen adults, two young kids, and one dog) stayed here in early September as a home base for exploring Olympic NP and Port Angeles, as well as for celebrating an engagement and a baby shower. We absolutely loved staying here! The house is truly as spacious as stated in the listing. It's filled with natural light and has plenty of indoor and outdoor areas for congregating and having fun. We loved the two living rooms, the large dining table (big enough to fit all of us!), and the big kitchen. The outdoor space was excellent as well - we spent a good amount of time in the hot tub and the volleyball court. A handful of us even took the kayaks out toward the lighthouse in the morning. The house was perfect for us and the communication with Martha was super easy. We would definitely stay here again given the opportunity.
WOW!!! This place was PERFECT for our extended family of 12, but will accommodate even more with 6-bdrms & 4.5 baths (3-full upstairs, 1 full 1-half downstairs) and 3 hide-a-bed sofas. Everything is brand new and so very nicely decorated with many seating areas all around the property both inside and out, 2 refrigerators and dishwashers, multiple coffee makers and grinders, every imaginable counter top appliance, dinnerware and plates for 30, and the most comfortable bedding ever. Hot tub, sand volley ball/bad-mitten, putt-putt course, and so much more. Everyone in our group was blown away by this property. We have done 27 rentals since the pandemic in 2020 with most rated Average, a couple were Good, and this place is over-the-top SUPERB! Host was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. You will not be disappointed with your stay here!
Just finished an awesome family reunion with all the kids and grandkids at a spacious 6-bedroom beach house with a very unique, impressive history. It perfectly met our needs and went well beyond our expectations. The place felt like a luxury home with thoughtful details in every room, from the appliances and amenities to the overall decor. Need something? There is plenty of everything you could think of. We could all sit together at the large table by the kitchen for meals, and outside there were plenty of grills, a pizza oven, and lots of seating. The kids loved the miniature golf, climbing boat, and playhouse, while the dartboard and arcade machine brought back great memories. It is definitely above and beyond a typical rental. There was so much to do that we barely ventured away from the house. The adults enjoyed volleyball tournaments and playing Kubb in the sand court, with plenty of room left for the little ones to play. Since the property is mostly enclosed, we didn't have to worry about kids running toward the ocean, making it so much more relaxing. In the evenings, we loved relaxing in the hot tub and watching the sunsets.Everything seemed newly remodeled with modern bathrooms throughout. If we can make it work, we would all love to return - easily our favorite stay over our last several reunions!
Seventeen of us for our yearly Family Vacay, and we never felt crowded. At any given time, kids, grandkids, and great-grandkids might be sea-side or playing putt-putt or pool or talking in smaller, intimate groups in multiple areas where there was comfortable seating, a gorgeous view, and privacy. With a group this size and all meals provided by the younger generations, 2 dishwashers were genius. Kitchen and bathrooms were well-stocked. Or at least I *believe* the kitchen was, because as the eldest, rental-paying generation, I was chased out of there unless I was just getting a drink. ;-)Olympic Game Farm is about 10 minutes away, and we rented a bus through the game farm, which I would suggest for anyone with a group this size. We always have Saturday lunches on our own, and everyone disappeared to different places: Lavender Farms, shopping in Sequim, touring Port Townsend, Lake Crescent ... all very accessible. We watched a submarine on what we guessed was a shake-down cruise since it was surrounded by other ships, and saw huge containers and cruise ships throughout the weekend. Even on a weekend of imperfect weather, we still saw the San Juan Islands, Mt. Baker, and the skyscrapers of Victoria when the light was right.Having done these trips for the last 10 years, I'd say this was our favorite place to stay.
Wonderful house for our family vacation. We try to do a big family vacation every 2 years and kids and grandkids say this is our best house we’ve ever stayed in!
This is truly a destination property! We were here with three generations and we all had such a great time. The weather was perfect. We saw bald eagles every day, 8 at one time! There were dishes for everything, more than enough. We used the pool table, hot tub, putt-putt golf, beach toys, espresso machine (a lot!), pac-man video game, shaved ice machine, and waffle maker. Unfortunately, we didn't get to use the BBQs, pizza oven, popcorn machine, telescope, second stove top, second refrigerator, and on and on. This place is so well equipped! You would have to stay here for weeks to use everything! The wrap around deck with furniture everywhere was amazing. Views of the Olympic Mountains, the northern Cascades (Mt. Baker), Vancouver Island, the San Juan Islands, Dungeness Spit, huge ships going past every hour, and did I say bald eagles? Oh, we also had baby quail in the yard! It was amazing. We would definitely recommend and come back for more fun!
We loved our stay. Beautiful views of the water, lighthouse and orcas from the back deck, and a panoramic view of the Olympics from the front. The kitchen has everything you might want. There are lots of little extras like hot tub, grill, mini golf, kayaks, billiards. Nothing but good things to say, thank you for a wonderful stay.
