Great friend getaway

Wonderful cabin for each of us to have our own room but meet in the comfy living room. Enjoyed the porch with a beautiful view. And an easy walk to the restaurants and general store.

A great place

We had a blast staying at the cabin for a little staycation. Only thing that is a negative but not any fault of the property owner is no ability to rent a golf cart as this property is not rented out through Brasada Ranch.

Luxurious cabin

This was our first visit to Brasada Ranch. We were impressed with the resort and the cabin that we chose.Top quality furnishings and kitchen appliances/equipment.We liked the location of this particular cabin. It was surrounded by a natural buffer of plants and trees but had a view of the golf course and the mountains in the distance. We appreciated the adirondack chairs on the deck - not all the cabins have these - ideal for relaxing and watching the birds and the golfers!

This cabin was as described in the listing and good for 4 adults and a toddler. Great view of golf course and walkable to the rec center and restaurants. Nice to have 2 parking spots. However we had a few issues related to the functioning and cleanliness of the property that wasn’t at the level I would expect from this expensive of an accommodation. The rental company was communicative about these problems when I told them, and fixed them quickly and provided a small refund, but it did seem like no one had been there to prepare the property adequately before we checked in. The AC was not working the first day we were there so we slept with all windows open at night, it was fixed the next day. They also discovered a septic tank issue the 2nd day that needed to be fixed, but it made the whole cabin smell for the 2nd night. The cabin inside was clean but the back deck was super dirty with lots of spiderwebs. And several lightbulbs were out. Any one of these things not a big deal, but altogether was a little inconvenient for the money we paid.I would consider booking this cabin again if I checked with company they were visiting the property beforehand to ensure everything was in working order prior to my arrival.
