Beautiful Designer Loft
This 175 sqm renovated sunny apartment is situated on the top floor of a completely restored villa of 1926 in a very quiet, central and green Berlin location. The living and dining area is a huge open space with an opening to the kitchen.
There are a few unique designer pieces that I designed myself, a kitchen completely built in Himacs and a luxury designed master bathroom with a Jacuzzi spa and a rain shower.
All furniture and fit out is completely new! There is a huge communal garden
