The host was very responsive. 3 huge bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Very clean. 10 out of 10 we recommend.

The loft was very nice and spacious on the second floor. A bit noisy from cars passing by. A 15-20 mins walk the train station and 3 stops to World Tade Center. The neighborhood is gentrify, mix of old and new. Host communication is 5 out of 10. Sometimes he replied immediately or silent for hours, instructions are not clear, you have to have to extract it from him. Note, he works out of Pakistan and the phone listed is not set up to take messages. There is a40 parking/ day in the building but there are plenty of street parking, looked safe enough.

Owner would not give any instructions prior to day of arrival, had to call after arrival to find out where in garage to park and surprised it is 40 per night, even though parking is prominent in listing and garage entry is in instructions. Only 4 reasonably sized coffee cups for 3 bedroom apartment, had to share. Broken toilet paper holder in master bath.
