Welcome to Bristol 809 located on the eighth floor, a stunning Gulf front condo at The Beach Club, which is ranked the #1 resort on the entire coast. The beach is fantastic and has been named one of the top 20 beaches in the US. The full service resort has multiple dining options, 5 outdoor pools, a heated indoor pool, a work out facility, spa, shops, parasailing and jet ski rentals, all on 86 pristine acres.
This beautifully furnished and decorated condo features 2 bedrooms and 2.5 upgraded bathrooms, perfect for freshening up after a day of exploring . The Primary Bedroom with the view of the ocean includes a king-sized bed, your own Gulf front balcony and an updated private bath which has dual vanities, tile shower with a seat and glass door, and premium fixtures. The guest bedroom includes 2 twin beds that turn into a king-sized bed if preferred. The guest bath has a tiled shower and a full bath, quartz countertops, and stylish cabinets.The spacious living room is equipped with a queen pull-out sleeper couch, perfect for small groups or families. The Gulf front balcony with beautiful patio set and lounger provides an unobstructed view of the turquoise ocean water and pristine white beaches. Amenity WRISTBANDS are required for the exclusive use of Clubhouse amenities.
Exclusive access to: indoor heated pool, hot tub, outdoor "club" pool, fitness center, game room, tennis court, and kids’ activities at clubhouse.
The wrist bands are completely optional and if desired would be purchased in the Clubhouse upon arrival.
The fee is per day, per condo (not per person).

You must be 25 years of age to book condo. ID must match name on rental agreement.
Condo comes with basic essentials such as linens, bath towels, hand towels, hair dryer, etc.
The following STARTER SUPPLIES are provided: One roll of toilet paper for each restroom One soap per bathroom One travel sized shampoo per bathroom Single sized dish liquid Single sized dish washing detergent pack Single use laundry washing detergent Small trash bag for each bathroom and trash bag for kitchen Roll of Paper towels
We DO NOT provide maid service or restock linens during your stay.
We recommend that you bring your own beach towels, sunscreen, etc. with you or you can purchase these items from one of the many local grocery stores upon arrival.
PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED unless certified and vested service dogs in accordance with the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act). Service animals must remain with the guest at all times and cannot be left unattended inside the unit. According to the ADA -"Service animals are defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities." "Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA."
Trash Chutes are located on each level on both ends by the stairwell.
Golf Carts are not allowed at the Beach Club
Passes cost $40.00 per vehicle per stay. (1 pass is built into the cost of the stay, listed as a management fee) Parking pass will be issued at the security gate upon arrival (Security is available 24 hours) Additional passes cost $40.00 per vehicle per stay. Extended Stay Fee: Flat rate of $40.00 per vehicle per 28-night stay Parking pass must be displayed on the driver's side front windshield area. Visitor Fee (Day Fee): $7.00 per vehicle per day If additional parking passes are required, please contact us through the messaging app. You may park anywhere in the lot, with the exception of the green reserved owner spots No RV's, trailer parking on-site. This property was everything we needed! It was the perfect size for our family of 4 and included amenities that made packing for this trip a little lighter. It is close to the beach with not too much of a crowd. I would definitely stay here again!
This is our second year to stay at the resort and we absolutely loved this condo! It has a beautiful view and is well furnished. It was extremely clean and the hosts were very accommodating.
We loved our time at the beach. The property was exactly as described. This was not a problem per se, but the condo had only salt and pepper for pantry seasonings. So if you are cooking, you might throw in herbs and spices!
We enjoyed the ocean front. The patio door did not lock, the maintenance gentleman said HOA would need to fix it.The carpets were very dirty need to be replaced. Could have provided more linens, we had one kitchen hand towel no dish rags or hand towels for the bathrooms. The TV in the second bedroom did not work.
Condo was clean and plenty of room for my family. Communication with owner was always quick and he answered every question. The twin beds were somewhat hard but we managed fine. We stay at this resort 1-2 times a year. The kitchen only had salt and pepper as far as spices so bring spices if you need them. There was a half bath in the hallway that was nice to have. There was a wagon in the closet which was a huge help in getting all of our things to the beach. I would definitely stay here again.
