This historic and charming cottage was built in 1925 and has been lovingly brought up to date and professionally decorated with vintage touches for your comfort and convenience. Queen bedroom has private bath with shower, large dresser, and armoire. King bedroom has closet, armoire/dresser, comfortable reading chair, and 42 in. TV. Second bath has door to outside deck with an outdoor shower. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Stack washer/dryer in separate room off kitchen. The enclosed front porch has twinXL daybeds for relaxing or accommodating extra guests. The cozy living room has 50 in. TV and WiFi. Enjoy the Florida weather from the brick patio overlooking the backyard or follow the path through a bamboo forest to your own dock on Frazier Creek. Access to kayak and bicycle rentals is conveniently located next door. Boating is limited to 6ft. clearance due to the bridge on Federal highway.

interesting note... word has it that Al Capones girlfriend once lived here and would walk to the train station in her RED heels to meet him on his way to Miami!

This adorable cottage was perfect! Meticulously decorated, well stocked with necessities and walkable distance to downtown Stuart. The backyard has a nice open patio (bring bug spray), surrounded by trees. The yard could use a touch cleaning up, but it was still a gorgeous atmosphere. I would highly recommend!!!

Peace cottage is a great house for a couple or up to 6. A cool surprise was the outside shower (yep, hot and cold water) just outside the bathroom off the dinning room. The house is only 3 or 4 blocks from downtown with several dinning/bar and shopping options, and it's right on the water. Highly recommended !!

The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need to cook anything! Love the farm sink! Nice selection of bar glasswear in the dining room! Outside patio area perfect for enjoy the outdoors! Peace Cottage was every bit as lovely as its photos. The old fashioned charm, especially in the kitchen, was one of the reasons I was drawn to this property. I can't say enough about how wonderful the host was. She was so warm, and friendly. I would recommend Peace Cottage to anyone looking for a cozy place to stay.

A wonderful stay at Peace Cottage

We loved the cozy cottage, and there was everything we needed. The cottage is close to shops and restaurants in town. It is a short walk to Shepherds Park on the St Lucie River and to Riverwalk. We would stay again!

Cozy Cottage

This was a wonderful space. Very old but felt fun and freshened. It was close to shopping and restaurants. It was a very comfortable stay and exactly like it was described. We had four adults and it was perfect for us.

Lovely stay at peace cottage

We loved staying at the peace cottage, the place is very centrally located , walking distance to downtown & waterfront.I can’t say enough about the host & what an immaculate property it is. The hostess had made sure that the place is ver comfortable. Every single detail in the home is perfect. The home is equipped with all things you would ever need for a long stay. Kitchen was very well equipped . Loved the place & would recommend it to anyone that’s visiting ard that area.Thank you Mary for a wonderful stay
