Enjoy the incredible views, sunsets, and starry nights from this gorgeous 4th floor condo at the beautiful La Quinta Towers property in Diamond Beach, Wildwood Crest, NJ. Enjoy the short one and a half block stroll to the beach or sun and fun at the large double pool with hot tub. A baby pool is also there for young children. The beach not only features fine white sand but also the Diamond Beach Bar where you can enjoy good food and beverages while listening to live music on the summer weekends.

Comfy and cozy, our #409 unit also features great views of the sky, sunrise, sunset, ocean and bay, with Cape May in the distance. It is walking distance close to several shops and restaurants, bars and liquor store, even miniature golf with ice cream shop. Sitting off in the distance, only 2-3 miles away, Cape May is a beautiful town featuring many historic structures, Victorian homes and inns, lots and lots of shops and restaurants, white sand beaches like our own, lighthouse, fishing charters, live music, much more. The center of Wildwood itself features great amusement piers with hundreds of rides for kids big and small, including a water park and some of the largest beaches along the east coast. North Wildwood is known for its myriad restaurants, bars and weekend festivals, particularly in the summer and fall.

Large condo pool, baby pool, hot tub/spa, outside shower/hose by the pool for cleaning of feet of sand before entering pool and condo, outside bathroom for pool denizens, picnic tables by the pool, two gas grills (propane is provided). Next door is a wildlife/bird sanctuary with sandy trails that put you back to the beach, great for walking, biking, jogging. Bike racks are available outside in the parking area too.

There is absolutely no smoking nor vaping in the condo or on the condo patio. No pets are allowed. Security deposits will be enforced if rules are not followed.

Diamond Beach Oasis

Our favorite place to stay in the Wildwoods! The 180 views of the ocean and nature preserve are amazing! The unit and amenities get better each year - remodeled bathrooms, new furniture and more. We really enjoyed the new beach tent this year. Having access to everything you need for a day at the beach, like the tent and chairs is a huge bonus! Also, the front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. A all the way!

Excellent Location

This was our second year and we already can't wait to come back again next summer. You can't beat the location and the view from the balcony. When we weren't at the beach - which is about a three-minute walk from the property - we were out on the balcony enjoying views of the nature preserve and ocean. We also enjoyed the upgrades that were done on the interior including a complete renovation of the master bathroom. Definitely recommend.

Well-equipped and clean on a quiet end of Wildwood crest. Beautiful and expansive views—better than can be shown in photo. Wonderful beach. The unit is a bit older but well kept up. No regrets about this one.

Great Location and Beautiful Views!

The location of this Diamond Beach condo is excellent. The views from the balcony are wonderful. We spent each morning out there sipping coffee, relaxing and taking in the beautiful views of the ocean and nature preserve. It's a very short walk to the private beach, and the walk from the beach to the ocean is much shorter than anywhere else we've stayed in the Crest, which is especially appreciated on a hot day. We made use of the beach chairs provided by the host each day which was very convenient. (There's also a beach umbrella and cart available along with the chairs). We didn't take advantage of the pool but I can say it was never crowded and looked very inviting. I highly recommend picking up a pizza or two from the beach bar. I had heard it was good - but it was Really good! Thin crispy crust - delicious. This was our first time staying here and we will definitely be returning!

Perfect location for a family vacation!

The condo was in a perfect location at Diamond beach. The beach is a 5 min walk and John supplies a trolley to easily transport our belongings. The view on the balcony is amazing, the condo is spacious with everything needed and it is a 5-10 min drive to the center of Wildwood or to Cape May. John was very quick on replying and all instructions were super clear. A five star host! Thanks, Guillaume

Great location!

Nice property, awesome location and outstanding view! Owner obviously takes care of the property and tries his best to help u during the stay. We have 2 kids (7 and 5) and they made many friends in the building and at the beach! We visit wild wood crest/cape may area every summer for many years and so far this is one of our favS ❤️

Beautiful Condo, wonderful location

We had a very enjoyable stay! The Condo is beautifully furnished and clean. Hand sanitizer provided throughout. The view from outside patio is of both beach and Coast Guard Preserve and beautiful sunsets on other side! Being able to use the Diamond Beach Club is a plus. The pool is nice size with also a Baby Pool and hot tub - all are maintained well with staff. During this Covid 19 time, Social distancing at this particular time worked well - maybe not a lot of people were occupying at the time but we could easily stay away from the other families this week of July 11 - 18. Communication with the owner was great! Close also to Cape May for a getaway. Restaurants are open air only at this time but we also got Takeout a couple of times - a good option - and grilled hamburgers on site one night. All in all, we’re very happy we came this week and will hopefully be coming back next year!

Gorgeous View

This condo has the most amazing view of the nature preserve, with birds singing and winging over the trees as well as a view of the pool and the ocean. The walk to the beach and the restaurant on the beach is very short. Small but efficient, I would highly recommend this condo.

2nd generation owner of this lovely condo, which was purchased by my parents in 1990. They had purchased unit 209 pre-construction 1989. This unit is now owned by one of my sisters. I was born and raised in NE Philadelphia, lived most of my life in southern New Jersey, spent part of many summers at the NJ shore.

Why they chose this property

Originally my youngest sister and I purchased the property from the estate of my father, for our two families to use. But since my sister later asked me to buy her out or sell the condo, I decided to acquire the condo, to keep in the family, enjoy it myself from time to time, and for rental income purposes.

What makes this property unique

The views from the master bedroom, living area and in particular the balcony are somewhere between marvelous and spectacular. On a clear night the stars look to be on top of you. On a sunny day you can hear and watch the ocean surf, boats heading in and out of the channel, and Cape May in the distance. The wildlife refuge next door also has a very calming effect.
