Beautiful place. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for my family!! The view of the Gulf from any of the balconies good not be beat. The few issues we had were promptly taken care of, so they don't even warrant mentioning. I would definitely like to come back, if my whole family ever comes back at the same time!!

The home was just what we needed for our family vacation. Lots of room to enjoy each other. The kitchen was stocked with the right amount of utensils for cooking a big family meal each evening. We enjoyed being able to see the ocean from our balconies and the convenience of the beach being so close.

The house was beautiful and very clean! The beach was across the street. Anna Maria Island has beautiful beaches and water. There are tons of things to do.

The property was beautiful and on a perfect location the only down side is that the cleaning was not good some of the pots and pans were dirty as well as the bed comforter Other wise the house was perfect

We truly enjoyed our week at this house. There were three different families (totatling 14 people), and we had enough room for everyone. The kitchen was also equipped with everything we needed for cooking most of the week. I had to give cleaniness 3 stars because the outside balconies and pool area were really dirty. It appeared they had not been cleaned in a while. The inside was clean however. We would definitely stay here again because of the size of the house and the location.

Beautiful property; great location. There were two things: the pool had a lot of sand in it and the previous renters, apparently, did not follow the requests and didn't take the garbage cans to the street. When we arrived, every can was overflowing and by Monday, the smell was pretty bad. I would have thought someone could have stopped by to ensure everything was in order and done something about all of the garbage.Other than those two small issues, the place was fabulous! My family enjoyed being so close to the beach and reasonably close to food and fun. I'd recommend this and would consider it in the future if I needed a place of this size again.

Our host was very accommodating and the house and it’s location was great.! The only disappointment we had was the ants in the kitchen and out by the pool. We left some food out on the counter and they came out hungry. Another thing that should have been cleaned off was the porch deck off the kitchen. I don’t think it had been power washed/ cleaned yet for the season. We didn’t spend as much time out there as we could have. It was beautiful when we were there and my family enjoyed it and being together.

Thank you so very much. The family had a wonderful & amazing time. The home is spacious for a large family, very nicely laid out, & very well kept. It has all the amenities (large rooms; 2 nice family sitting areas; deck space amazing; enough bathrooms etc) that one seeks in a rental unit. The view is amazing!!The service was exceptional. We called about a water leak under the kitchen sink & maintenance was at the unit within an hour. The gentleman was very nice & accommodating.A few suggestions: another hook for towels in all the bathrooms, a broom would be helpful for sweeping instead of having to constantly bring out the vacuum; and an extra set of kitchen towels.
