It has a separate driveway; no pets; smoking allowed outside.

For the safety of our guests and the property, there is an exterior security camera located at the front entrance, facing the public entryway/driveway only. The camera does not monitor interior spaces, and there are no cameras or recording devices inside the home. This camera is used solely for security and property protection.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Bag all trash and place in the garbage container outside. Turn off the air conditioner (AC) and leave AC remote control on kitchen counter. Leave the switch for the outside light in ON position.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please don't put excessive amounts of toilet paper in the toilet; only use small amounts at a time. No wipes, paper towels, or napkins in the toilet.
An exterior security camera at the entrance to apartment, facing the entrance and part of the driveway only. No cameras or recording devices inside.
Please do not place bedroom fan close to curtains.
