Why they chose this property
Irvington is an eclectic community full of phenomenal shops, restaurants, parks and amazing people. My husband and I own a shop, Hampton & Co., just a few blocks away from the Prescott.
What makes this property unique
It was built in 1908. It sits on a quiet residential street but is next to restaurants, a park and shops.
