Loved Dave and Sue! Even before we got there Dave was very prompt with responses for questions about the property and area. He made recommendations when asked ahead of our vacation. The property itself is perfectly placed to take advantage of all the area has to offer. The house had all the bed and bathrooms we needed which was very nice and everything was well appointed. The living and dining area were a little cozier in size but it all worked. The firepit and hot tub were in great shape and a very nice addition. All in all it was a great spot for our family vacation. We would definitely recommend it!

the property wasnt on the water with its own dock and the dock area was poor and very shallow , no chance of fishing there. i thought from the ad that it was private and on the waterfront, but still nice anyway

Hello- I am sorry you were not satisified with our property- was it the fact that there were other cottages on the property that was confusing - just trying to see the best way to ensure we are more detailed in our listings for future guests. We are located on the St Lawrence river so I am unsure of what you are referring to that we are not waterfront? Again I am just trying to clarify for future guests -

Nice place

The only issue was the wi-fi. It was so slow and practically useless. One other issue was that the cottage was a part of 4 other cottages which shared a common dock and access to the river, it was not mentioned in the listing. The cottage was clean and very well equipped, and the owner was very friendly.

Hi there I apologize about the wifi- we are looking for solutions for better than the one company that supplies our area. Unfortunately currently there is no fibre etc avilable to us but we are working with our local council to help us and other remote business,s in our area I also noted your comment about the dock space and will update the info to reflect that thank you
