We appreciated being able to accommodate the early check-in and regret that the rest of your visit did not meet the standards we aim to provide. The issues you described — exposed outlets, loose shower handles (and the injury to a child), unsecured toilet seat, used bedding, dirty floors, sticky counters, missing supplies, and the condition of the hot tub and landscaping — are unacceptable and a safety concern. We addressed the situation during your stay by sending cleaning and maintenance teams and followed up afterward. Since your stay we have: - Completed a deep clean of the home and replaced/inspected all linens and bedding. - Scheduled a full service and sanitation of the hot tub. - Repaired or replaced loose shower handles, re-secured the master toilet seat, fixed cabinet hardware, and covered/examined electrical outlets for safety. - Repaired towel hardware, cleaned and treated kitchen surfaces, and restocked basic supplies. - Cleared landscaping, removed debris blocking the pool path, and confirmed safe access. - Implemented an enhanced pre-arrival inspection checklist to prevent these lapses going forward.
