Great

Great place to stay. Beautiful property and home. We enjoyed having access to the pools and check in was so quick and easy. I can’t wait to come back.

Peaceful

The house was to our standards. The location was great very quite very peaceful. The pool water was a bit cold but the property manger fixed that right up for us. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay. We were a little disappointed that the pool heater was not working properly but the property manager was very helpful and available when we had questions. The property itself could have been updated with more comfortable couches and beds but other then that we had a fabulous time and would love to go back.

Overall was good, needs new linens and towels. Make sure you also bring paper products (paper towels, toilet paper)to replace ounce the ones provided are finished. Property is dated and needs TLC.

Safe, easy, and great communication

STEVEN had very quick responses very accommodating. We asked to extend Our stay, he walked us through the process as quick and easy. We also asked if we could access STEVEN went above and beyond to make sure we would be OK to come Have in early hours. The property is safe and secure at the front, Access to the clubhouse was a bonus, The house overall was in a great location, clean, and everything we needed, Big bonus as a traveller was walmart was only a few minutes away. We were able to get all our necessities in one stop.

Worth staying here

From beginning to end, we had a great stay! Communication with our host Mr. Crowell was excellent. He was always available and ready to help. The house was clean at our arrival and the pool was well taken care of by his team. The little heads up to not forget, is that this house doesn't come with certain basics such as salt and pepper, ziploc, aluminum foil etc.. but this is already well mentioned in the listing of the house. So this shouldn't be a surprise to you when coming here. As for any inconveniences, nothing big to report. We had little minor issues such a tub or sink not draining well or light under microwave not working but once again our host was very responsive to this when we mentioned it to him, he offered to send someone and have things done but we did not consider this urgent and it could wait. As for the beds, if confort is your thing, then you want to sleep in the master bedroom, which was more than acceptable, as our other family members found the other beds to be less cozy. Another thing to mention, if this can help anyone who is in a wheelchair or crutches, this place is well adapted for them. My son is proof of that and it went well. All that being said, we do recommend this place! P.s The air conditioner worked A1 👌 during a week of 107.6F.

Das Haus ist nicht das Neueste, aber praktisch eingerichtet und wird aber vom Verwalter Herrn Arpit Patel gut betreut und gepflegt. Der persönliche Kontakt ist hervorragend. Zwei kleine Probleme, die in unserem zweimonatigen Aufenthalt aufgetreten sind wurden von Herrn Patel nach Anruf binnen einer Stunde sofort beseitigt.

Enjoyed our time at Terra Verde immensely!

We had a lovely vacation at Terra Verde again! The property was exactly as shown. It does need some upgrades, sofas and beds were uncomfortable. The property manager was very helpful. He responded quickly and took care of our needs, great guy.

Das Haus ist in sehr gepflegtem Zustand und wird von der Agentur sehr sorgfältig betreut. Die Ausstattung ist komfortabel und überkomplett (Riesen-TV, WIFI, Geschirr, etc.) Als Gast hat man mit Herrn Arpit Patel jederzeit einen sehr bemühten und kompetenten Ansprechpartner. Wir haben uns in unserm Aufenthalt von sieben Wochen hier richtig "zu Hause" gefühlt.

Great house for the price, but no extras.

The house had everything we were looking for; multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, great game room in the garage, private pool in the backyard, and in a gated community with communal pool. Although the house met our needs, there are definitely areas that need improving. First off, the living room couches were either ripped or the springs were popping through, making them very uncomfortable. One of the twin beds is falling apart and each night we had to replace the slats on the bed frame. The kitchen was stocked with dishes, silverware, and pots / pans, but nothing else. It would be nice to find salt/ pepper, spices, plastic wrap, dish soap, etc. Lastly, only 2 trash bags are provided and no more would be given when asked. Stuart was very responsive when we had an issue with the hot water and was at the house very promptly. He was a pleasure to work with.

A good property for the price

The house was nice and spacious for our family.... however, there are a few things that need some attention.....the furniture need to be updated...not for looks for comfort....the couches and master bedroom bed....the childrens beds were ok but the kids room TV's as well as the two other bedroom TV's could be a little bigger.....Also,who ever cleans this property should do a better job....We kept finding hair every where in the towels especially and bathrooms....Also the air hockey table in the game room was broken and maybe add a fan to give some comfort from the heat in the game room...overall though it's a good property for the money.....near everything and the owner was nice......Also the staff on the property was nice....

Pretty nice place. Enjoyed the stay.

Place was pretty nice, enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. Owner available at any time to solve problems. Bedrooms could definitely use bigger TV's. Kitchen had everything needed for cooking. Would definitely recommend this place.
