Emerald Island Resort requires one (1) Resort Access Fee per guest vehicle at a cost of $20 per vehicle. There is a minimum charge of one (1) Resort Access Fee per reservation even if you have no vehicles. The maximum number of vehicles allowed per property is six (6).

Day visitors are not required to pay the Resort Access Fee, but they are not permitted to stay overnight.

PACKAGES (ONLINE PURCHASES)
• You may send packages to the home during your stay. They will be left on the doorstep.
• If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. UPS, DHL and FEDEX will leave it at the door step.
• For extra security, you may wish to send the packages to our Master Vacation Homes office for pick-up before and during your stay for a small fee. Please let us know and we'll provide you the address!

THIS HOUSE IS SELF-CATERING. Please stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals.

HOUSEKEEPING: There is NO daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder will be provided prior to check in.

No pool heater at this unit.

TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home.

Garbage scattered around the house and placed in the outer box without plastic bags, will represent a USD50 excess garbage fine.
