We had a great stay. The location was perfect, a short walk to the beach and close to Brookgreen Gardens, Marsh Walk, Mini Golf, stores and many restaurants, and a short drive to Broadway on the Beach.

The pool was small, but surprisingly enough for 5 kids to splash & enjoy. There were several problems with items that had needed regular maintenance that were addressed when we told the owner about them: air filters needed changing for AC & dryer vent was clogged. Overall we enjoyed our stay there and would go again.

Perfect for Family Getaway!

Great location! This beautiful home fit all of our needs! It had everything our family needed for a long weekend. Very spacious, with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. We especially enjoyed the open floor plan on the main level.

Perfect for our big family vacation!

This house was a win for our family of 14. The living space was more spacious than it seemed from the photos, and the private pool was such a nice perk! The owners were super quick to respond whenever we had questions. Friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation

We rented both side of the property which worked out well for our family. Both sides had ample space for socialization, and areas for the kids. Tammy and Courtney were excellent hosts and were very accommodating before and during our stay if any questions came up. I would highly recommend a stay!!!

Loved the location the house , the only thing was we felt the amenities thst are standard , was not enough there , no hair dryer ,like only a few rolls of t.p and 1 roll of paper towels and only 2 garbage bags snd not enough pillows but all in all we would come back , really really nice house

Great vacation rental home just 1 block from Garden City beach! The home was clean and ready for us on our arrival Saturday. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay last week with our family and would definitely stay again! The host was also very friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. We have vacationed here every year for the past 30 years, and this was our first time staying in this home. We don’t usually have as many people or need this large of a space. Close to the beach

The house was beautiful and roomy. . It was very close (walking distance) to the beach. The pool was very small for the number of guests (14) at the house but the backyard was spacious. Checking in was easy. I do suggest having another garbage can for the bags ( 2 was not enough). Fun week!

Thanksgiving Break

We really enjoyed our stay here for the Thanksgiving break. The house is conviently located and the description matches perfectly. My only suggestion is you may want to bring your own blankets. It is probably fine during the summer, but for cooler weather the comforters were not thick enough for me (I am naturally more on the cold side). We would recommend this house to our friends and making plans to come back over the summer.

Prons- nice location, big home, Cons- dish washer didnt work and made the house smell bad the cleaning lady did come by and cleaned it out but we was unable to use, we were only able to get cable in the front living but no where else in the house so if you dont have a Netflix account you won't be able to watch tv

I am so sorry about the dishwasher. Unfortunately appliances do break, which I have no control over. My cleaning lady came over immediately when she found out about the problem. She HAND WASHED all of your dishes so that you would not have to do it! I believe that was very good customer service. Because your dishwasher broke over the weekend, I could not get a new one until Monday, but by then you had left. As for the television, we have Roku in the bedrooms and it does work. I have instructions in every room on how to watch television in the bedroom. I have had no one complain about this issue, so I am at a loss as to why you are saying that we do not. Had you called me, I would have been happy to explain how to watch television.

Nice house. My only “complaint” is that we had to buy blankets and pillows. The linens provided were a fitted sheet, flat sheet and coverlet per bed. No other blankets were available and the pillows were very soft. The pool is small but that seems to be the norm for the area. Otherwise we had a great time and the host was very efficient in responding to questions.

Nice place, clean, organized, well stocked with everything we needed, it is 1block to the beacha 5 min walk. We had a problem with the oven breaking our 2nd day there, the host communicated back quickly and was able to get a new oven delivered within 2 days and even refunded us some money for our inconvenience, the pool was a perfect size to get in and cool off after a long day at the beach we would stay there again.
